在一首曾在法裔加拿大人中广为传唱的古老歌谣中，乌鸫先后失去了嘴巴、眼睛、头、脖子等身体部位，但失去部分一旦在数量上变成重新长出部分的三倍，失去的便会返回。伴着这首古老的歌谣，乌鸫的嘴巴、眼睛、爪脚等开始在银幕上排练组合成种种好玩、有趣的形象。观众莞尔之际，只叹导演Norman McLaren想象力非凡。
